[HCDX] Luxembourg-1440 & other MW Europeans good

Last evening Luxembourg-1440 was blasting in
at 11:58 p.m. EST: 16 FEB (0458 UTC: 17 FEB)
with choral religious-sounding music followed
by a woman in German. It steamrolled the two
usual domestics on the channel (Portland, ME
and Worcester, MA).

Many other highband Europeans were also in
well around the same time. Vatican-1530 heard
through WCKY and there were strong clusters
of UK stations on 1458 & 1548. Germany-1422
boomed in but Norway-1314 only so-so. The
usual French stations (1206, 1377, etc.) were
all loud. Regular UK's like 882, 909, 1053,
1089, & 1215 were very good.

The presumed Cuban wobbler signal was finally
noted here, faintly in the background of WTAM-
1100. Spain-1098 was QRM'ing WTAM more, though.
