[HCDX] Re RFA Mandarin - earlier reports.

Not heard at 1700 hours, but a bit later 2100 hours, the following
noted at 2052-2130 on RFA Mandarin.
13745 Main frequency for a report, excited talk in Chinese dialect
but RFA clearer of the two stations. Tune in 2052. By 2100
interference had totally gone and SIO was a you beaut 555,
by 2132 the strength had dropped but still no interference SIO 454.

Noted at 2105 other channels
7540 a signal there but could of been anybodies, SIO 150.
9455 weakly under a strong religious one in EE SIO 320.
9885 SIO 343 splatter off 9890.
9875 SIO 030.
11950 SIO 444, trace splatter 11945.
11970 SIO 454.
15510 SIO 555.
I did not chase the QRM at this time, more important was my report on
13745.

Regards from N.Z. Ron K.
