...can't say I've heard KFNY-1640 OK, I'll watch/listen for it... but 
coincidently...I was visiting just next door recently:

IOWA, Cedar Falls    KCNZ-1650 kHz   0632-0800
     Talk show Program Coast to Coast; Very nice levels with strong peaks 
and some nice IDs recorded; First time heard here in CT;  WHKT-Portsmith 
also battling for frequency. (Konnie Rychalsky, Connecticut)
