[HCDX] Roj 6312

CLANDESTINE The Kurdish music station "Radio Roj" has
been on variable 6312 (ex 6315, ex 6310) since at least
5 Feb. Noted during afternoons around 1400/1500 and
also mornings around 0530. This station is much weaker than
the Voice of Iraqi Kurdistan on 6335.
