[HCDX] Peru

Peru, 5544.64, Radio San Andes De Cutervo,(pres), 0055-0110 
  Noted steady Huaynos music until 0105 when man breaks in 
with comments, TC and mentions of Peru, but not ID. When 
annoucer comments, the signal is at a good level, but during 
music it's kind of weak.   Signal was good until about 0110 
when it dipped down into the noise here in Clewiston,
