[HCDX] VOR on 1503

["Jari Savolainen" <jari.savolainen@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

On 6 Mar at 1800 noted Voice of Russia in Bulgarian
on 1503. Some time ago they were on 1566. The
listed frequency is 1467. I presume this is hte
Maiac, MDA transmitter looking for a nice, clear
frequency.
