He`s in New Delhi, where I think he has always been. He is busy posting info as
usual on the dx_india list, and to DX Listening Digest. Perhaps you were
thinking of someone else? Alokesh has also confirmed that Victor Goonetilleke
in Sri Lanka is OK.
