Tibet, 4820, People's Broadcasting Station, (pres) 1125-1155 
Noted steady possibly Tibetan comments by a man and woman 
during period.  Not sure if the language was Tibetan or 
Chinese since I am unlearned in those two languages.  Signal 
was good at 1130, but faded to poor by the hour.  (Chuck
