[HCDX] Couple items

Peru, 9504.65, Radio Tacna, (pres), 1111-1117 Noted a man in 
steady Spanish comments.  Signal was very threshold the 
entire period.  No other details.  (Chuck Bolland, December 
10, 2004)

India, 9595, AIR (Regional Domestic Station), Delhi, 
1130-1140*  Between 1130-1135 noted a woman in Italian 
language news with mentions of India.  At 1135, service 
changes to English news by a woman with many mentions of 
India.  Completely off the air at 1140.  Signal was poor.
