[HCDX] 1140 CUBA - Musical Nacional

1140 CUBA Radio Musical Nacional -- GMT 0109+ 9 December, very good on
peaks, parallel 590, with classical music.  Occasional WRVA-Richmond and
unID Latin bubbling up.  ~1139.86 het in the mix as well.  New Musical
Nacional frequency, thanks David Crawford discovery on December 7th.
