Hi Wayne,
Really, I heard a radio broadcast from Vietnam, didn´t see a TV programme.
Have a happy and peaceful Thanksgiving!

This is the message I refer to. Perhaps I misunderstand, I can't imagine
narrow band television on shortwave. But I guess many things are possible
theses days that didn't used to be possible?

Nice catch from Vietnam this dark and cloudy afternoon. Presumably Son La
Radio and TV noted on 4739,76kHz around 1330 UTC closing down at 1359
UTC. Signal strength S 6-7 and overall reception poor to quite fair.
Son La is located in Northwest Vietnam and you can find some nice
pictures here: www.terragalleria.com/vietnam/vietnam.son-la.html
