Peru, 4746.80, Radio Huanta Dos Mil, 0928-1010  At tune in, 
noted typical music then a few comments and back to music.
On the hour comments by both a man and woman.  Signal during 
period was poor. Last time I checked on this station, they 
were on 4751v KHz.    (Chuck Bolland, November 13,2004)
