China, 9515, Central People's Broadcasting Station,(pres) 
2240-2301 During 2200 hour, noted a Japanese lesson in 
Chinese.  At 2259, usual time ticks, followed by a short NA 
type music and ID in Chinese - couldn't translate it.  This 
followed by two men in comments.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck
