[HCDX] Latest Recordings 7/11: 1330.88 "R. Libertad - Ondas del Norte".

I have 2-3 times heard a Peruvian station on
1330.88v kHz with clear ID "Radio Libertad -
Ondas del Norte". The station is not listed in
WRTH. In the close down ceremony 0300 UTC on my
recording there are some names(QTH-?). "Centro
poblado de......" and "Atalaya".
