[HCDX] Unid Station

Good day to all. At the time I am writting this message its 1337 UTC in Puerto
Rico.

On 15115 khz I am listenning to a station with very good SINPO. Due to language
barrier I can not know if I am listenning to  Egypt or Iran.

Can anyone help me on this?
