[HCDX] XETT 1430 kHz logged in Italy

Hi,

XETT Radio Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala, Mexico on 1430 kHz, has been logged in 
Italy around 05.40 UTC, November the 5th, by Giampaolo Galassi. Radio 
Formula was very strong on 1470 at the same time.

On the same morning, Mexican national anthem was recorded on 1570 kHz 
by Saverio De Cian at 06.00 UTC (La Poderosa with legal anthem 
broadcast at local midnight?).
