   w/ male singer, into female ann in EE at 2359. Male ann at 0000 with
   ID and freqs, into news in EE. Female ann again at 0005 into sports
   pgm w/ male ann. Rough/poor modulation, presumably off-freq from
   listed 9705, wandering 9708.0 to .1. Some flutter plus longer fades,
   some adjacent-channel splatter from Portugal - v.strong on 9715. SINPO
   32322. Receiver: JRC NRD-515 w/ 7m vertical longwire. DAC
   Crowell/WX9T, Rankin, IL, USA. wx9t

   9810  Oct 28 0128-0140 India: AIR Panaji. Nepali service. AIR IS until
   0130, then signon and ID with male ann in Nepali (numerous mentions of
   Nepal/Nepali)  into music w/ male vocals 0131. Male ann 0135. Abruptly
   off 0139, likely due to technical issue. Carrier variable 100 Hz or so
   w/   modulation   and   audio  included  odd  'squeal'  variable  with
   modulation,  not  co-channel  heterodyne.  SINPO  44333. Receiver: JRC
   NRD-515  w/  7m  vertical longwire. DAC Crowell/WX9T, Rankin, IL, USA.

   11905  Oct 28 0035-0120 Sri Lanka: SLBC. Hindu service, w/ female ann,
   Indian  pops and 'film music', mentions of Sri Lanka in anns. No ID at
   0100,  continued in same music/ann format. Time pips 0115, then female
   ann  into  vocal music then Bible pgm w/ male ann. Tuned in later same
   evening  and  caught  clear  ID  in  EE  as  "Sri  Lanka  Broadcasting
   Corporation"  w/  same female ann at 0230. Some flutter and occasional
   longer  fades, very good otherwise. SINPO 45334. Receiver: JRC NRD-515
   w/ 7m vertical longwire. DAC Crowell/WX9T, Rankin, IL, USA. wx9t

   North America

   1300 Oct 28 0800-0905 USA: WOOD, Grand Rapids MI. Coast to Coast talk
   show own news at 0900. ID "News radio wood 13 hundred." Fair signal.
