[HCDX] Brother Stair from Monte Carlo?
A few minutes ago 1930 UTC I heard Brother Stair on 702 kHz reported coming from Monte Carlo. Reception was pretty good in spite of co-channel QRM by Iran in Russian and other stations. 702 kHz really is Monte Carlo, I wonder?
