[HCDX] Online Ordering of PWBR 2005

Hi  Everyone

Anyone  having  trouble  ordering  Passport  to  Worldband  Radio
2005  Online?
Every  time  I  submit  my  ordering  details,  all  I  get  is  a  400
Bad  request  Page.
Is  their  Order  Site  down?  Oh  Am  using  the  IBS  site  at
www.passband.com
Tried  last  night  October  14,  and  still  no  luck.
Any  Ideas.
