Hi all,
Peru, 6047.12, Radio Santa Rosa (pres), 2320-2335, With a
lot of side splatter, noted a threshold signal trying to
fade in here. Two persons in Spanish comments. As
mentioned, signal was threshold with splatter and QRM.
