Bolivia, 4796.40, Radio Mallku, 0006-0020 Noted a woman 
talking for a few minutes then joined by a man.  At 0015 
canned ID, "... Radio Mallku ..." with slogan and jingle. 
This follow with promos.  Signal fades from 0015 when it's
