[HCDX] UNID 4860 kHz (clandestine?)

This morning (3 OCT around 0400 UTC) I heard an UNID station on 4860.0 kHz. Long talk, no
change at the top of the hour, quite weak, "Iran" mentioned several times I think...
Still talking while fading out for good at 0410 UTC......

A clandestine station?
I do not think it was AIR, although it should be on the air at that time. It was more than
3 hours after Sunrise in India.
