[HCDX] Radio Sedaye Mellat-e Iran

Clandestine (Iran)
During a research (with no results!) for the Voice of Khmer Krom at 
14.00-15.00 from the transmitting station in Vladivostok on 15660 kHz, via 
DX Tuners in Australia, Canada, USA, Sweden and UK, I noted at 14.25 (DX 
Tuner Edinburgh 2-UK) that on the frequency it switched on a carrier and at 
14.30-14.59 and transmitted RADIO SEDAYE MELLAT-E IRAN. Ex 13.30-14.00 on 
15670 kHz?
