[HCDX] QSY?

Dear friends,

on Sept. 09, 2004I copied VoA Sao Tome on frequency
4940 kHz at 1906 UTC w/program "VoA Music". Later on
followed by VoA-Identification. SINPO 24332.

On Sept. 11, 2004, heard at 1858 with opening and s/on
announcement of VoA.

Did they change their QRG from 4950 kHz or 4960 kHz to
4940 kHz??
