Noted a carrier here that could possibly be Radio Nacional

Unident, 4525, Time Tics noted here between 1040 to 1042. 
There seemed to be a weak station here in Language and the 
time tics could have been a background effect they were 
trying to achieve.  Everything was too weak to detiremine.

presenting news in Indonesian Language.  Signal was fair.
