[HCDX] Radio Minivan

Dear Friends,

Radio Minivian (Presumed) was heard on 13855 at fair level till sign off at 1658 UTC on 25 Aug 2004.Heavy splatter from Morse Code like signals  (Short on off of carrier)(jamming?) noted contiously from 13853.3 kHz which also disappeared at 1700 UTC.
