[HCDX] Radio Minivan, clandestine for Maldives -link corrected

In view of the strife in Maldive Islands, Friends of Maldives is starting
shortwave broadcasts originating in the UK, on Wednesday, August 18, at
1630-1730 UT on 11525 kHz, Minivan Radio (meaning Independent Radio). The first
broadcast will test 100 kW during the first half hour, 250 kW in the second, to
evaluate how much power is needed. Site is probably UAE, but not yet confirmed.
Plans are then to broadcast daily. Much more about this in DX LISTENING DIGEST
