[HCDX] Maeva FM Intn'l

Hi all,
I got my letter to Maeva FM Intn't, Postbus 550, B-1000 Brussels, Belgium 
returned today, after a long visit in Belgium. It is marked "niet afgehald" 
and "non reclame". What does these mean and why don't they get my letter? 
Wrong address? And if not, why International if they don't have an valid 
address to write or want to get letters?
