July 19, Spanish, Music w/ OM b/w selections, tent. ID
at 0154, talks then off at 0200. Poor. (Barbour-NH)

4775, PERU, R.Tarma, 0245-0256*, July 20, spanish,
Lite SP music, canned "Radio Tarma" ID at 0247,
fanfare w/ full ID announcement by OM w/ "echo" vocal
effects, choral-like music w/ more OM, organ music at
s/off. Poor/fair over static. (Barbour-NH)

9580, GABON, Afrique No.1, 2006-2021, July 20, French,
Continuous French pop music with announcement by YL on
the fives (2010, 2015, etc), presumeably regarding the
strike at the station. The first two announcements
each had a different "canned" ID, the 2020
announcement was without. Fair/good. (Barbour-NH)

9680, THAILAND, R.Thailand, 2027-2045, July 20,
French/English/Thai, YL w/ French tlks, EG ID re "end
of FR service, next b/c in French at (?)", IS, "This
is (call letters?-"??SY"), the world service of Radio
Thailand", mentions frequency and broadcasting to
various continents, OM and YL w/ news in English re
July 26th celebration of Queen's birthday, IS/ID in
Thai at 2045. Poor, best in LSB. (Barbour-NH)

15180, KOREA-DPR, VO Korea, 0113-0135, July 19,
English, Talks re July 4th Korean Re-unification
statement and "the Great Leader", IDs, ballads and a
history(?) program re "Revolutionary Forces" from the
1930's to 1960's. Fair signal strength with the
usual,lousy audio quality. (Barbour-NH)
