instrumental music, presumed ID at 0330 in Vernacular
followed by OM in English shouting,"..for the
people!". Audible over static w/ occasional fades.

2251 when test tones for co-channel RIR,Russia, which

Vietnamese, OM w/ talks; several mention of Congo,
Rwanda and Burundi, brief musical bits then talks w/
OM and YL. Good signal, still going strong at t/out.

again only to find the Voice of Turkey w/ continuous
music until 2100 then pips, ID, OM w/ news. Poor at

OM w/ "Int'l Friendship Program" and studio guests,
contact info/ID and frequency at 1230 followed by "DX
Party Line" re QRM ID website via the ODXA and Paul

RRIs. Fair at t/in using LSB, unusable by t/out.

Brief window w/ nice reception of oldies music, full
ID for SLBC All Asia Service at 1300 followed by prg.
"This is the Jack ?? program w/ commentrary on int'l
news and 30 minutes of powerful insight". Turns out
its a religous program where he and a YL read from the
Book of Revelations! Signal peaked at 1300, unusable

heard alternating OM and YL w/ numerous IDs at t/in,
20th Century Fox movie theme followed by several

OM and/or YL announcer and brief movie theme bit b/w
items. Numerous mentions of Afghanistan and the cities

w/ station seal, program guide and media index in 169
days for 1 IRC, EG report and a prepared card (not
used). V/S, Ko Ko Htay. Nice block on Myanmar stamps
