[HCDX] WRTH Summer Schedules replacement file (Due to File Hacking)

There is a version of the WRTH Summer update file in circulation that has
had it's password and certain other elements removed/cracked. Please note
that this file, however, is incorrect and has anomalies, you are therefore
urged to download the new file! 

The correct file, with increased security, has now been uploaded to the WRTH
web site.
It is easy to identify if you have the correct file, just look at the black 
strap' at the top of the first page. If this says anything other than 
Copyright of WRTH Publications Limited (July 2004)", you have the incorrect
version.

Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

This file contains the latest available broadcasting schedules for nearly
220 International, Foreign Service and Target broadcasters, including new
items such as  INTERNEWS RADIO/SALAAM WATANDAR.
