followed by different YL w/ weak audio and OM w/ even

Rough copy of YL w/ interview of OM re US June 30
handover of soveriengty to Iraq. "Kaliedescope" prg.
at 0031 re 75 year old YL and mentions of World War
II. Poor w/ fades and severe prop. QRN. A check at
Radio Japans website shows the interview was part of
the program "44 Minutes" though no NKH/R.Japan 5775
frequency there, or on any lists I have. Thought it
might be IRRS, Italy relaying Dan Robert's "ShortWave
Report" but an archive check at Dan's website shows
nothing from Radio  Japan. Any ideas? (Barbour-NH)

unison w/ OM and YL followed by more talks. Fair at

Overseas Service" EG ID at 1117 w/ e-mail/web

End of nx re aid for flood victims, UV ray study on
school children, weather, TC (It's 17 past 10) and
"National Radio" IDs. "Late Edition" prg. re Catholic

$1, English report and a completed VOV Listener
Survey. I would like to think my answering their
survey aided in Hanoi verifying this regional outlet.
