[HCDX] New CRI txs in the 16 mb

Very strong signals of China Radio International (CRI) in English noted this morning (9
JUNE 2004) on 17490 and 17650 kHz.

Both frequencies have been already reported (17490 testing since last days of May), now it
seems like regular operation of both transmitters.

Great signals of S9 + 30 dB here in the middle of Europe while listening between 0410-0930
UTC...

>From 0800 UTC they relay CRI 91.5 FM (Beijing) and often mention this frequency.
