[HCDX] Radio Elvi, Finland 90 MHz back in the air

Radio Elvi, Mieslahti, Paltamo will be back in the air on Mon 7th June - Fri 11th June 2004.
The frequency is 90,0 MHz FM with 40 watts of power. The tx is situated some 170 meters above the sea level. The antennatower is 15 m and broadcasting is vertical.

Reception reports are welcome to Radio Elvi, c/o Tanja Kemppainen, Rinnetie 12, 88300 Paltamo, Finland. The programs are made by young and children in a media camp in Paltamo. Some of the programs may be in Russian as there can be Russian children too. Mostly the program is in Finnish. News can be heard every hour on 90,0 MHz.
