[HCDX] QSL from RCIs Maple Leaf Mailbag

	Greetings from Muzaffarpur!
		I would like to inform you that Maple Leaf Mailbag
program of Radio Canada International is issuing a
series of three new QSL card for listeners and DX-ers
around the globe. The program is based on listeners?
letters from around the globe and usually hosted by
Ian Johns. All the people with correct reception
report will get the QSL card for this program. This
information was given recently in the Maple Leaf
Mailbag program. The required address for reception
