Turkmen by male speaker, frequent mention of Iraq, Bush, Washington,
Rumsfeld etc., weak but stable. (TR)

VIETNAM 5035, 2210-2220, presumed Voice of Vietnam 3, May 21, talk by
female host and some singing which could have been in Hmong, supposed
Hmong service, very weak and fluttery with some deep fades. (TR)
