[HCDX] Re:UnID Religious on 5955kHz

Dear Sirs,
Recently in here Hiroshima Japan, UnID religious 
station 5955.04kHz is audilbe around 1000UTC.
Language is probably Spanish.
I expect the sation should be Radio Cultural,
but not sure, too.
