My Radio Netherlands colleague Ehard Goddijn reports:

>From 1140 UTC onwards friday to-day May 14th 2004 I am hearing Radio Forti
in Spanish on 15665 kHz with suppressed carrier SIO 2/3-4-3/4. It is IRRS
Nexus, Milan, Italy.  E ID and request for reports at 1200 UTC.

I haven't heard of Radio Forti before.
