Should have read my HCDX-Digest first. So the matter is being discussed
already. And of course LSB should read USB. Now it's 1605 and even
though I almost crawled into my cans, I couldn't make out an ID. Whoever
is splattering from 5up (Radio Kuwait???) makes it impossible here...
Has anyone heard them on 6095 between 0300 and 0800 yet???
