[HCDX] Updated A04 file available at WRTH.com

Please note a new version of the file www.wrth.com/WRTHA04WEB.pdf has been
uploaded to the WRTH website. Over 200 A04 schedules are contained in this
file. This file now includes a 'by frequency' listing at the end of
the file which should facilitate station identification whilst band scanning

I have set up my own website which will carry copies of this (and other)
file(s) as well as other radio related information. It is in a constant
state of change at the moment as I am adding new files etc. so please check
in regularly. I am working on a page about digital modes in ham radio at the
moment and how to identify them by their footprint on a waterfall. The
address for my website is: http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/g4ucj .
