PHILIPPINES 15190, 1730-1745, Radio Filipinas Apr 29 s/on in English and
supposed Tagalog with frequencies and program 'Radio Periodico' hosted
by female, talk about 'Abu Sayaf' kidnappings, excellent signal in
North-Germany, even better on //17720, thanks to Andy Sennits posting.
