[HCDX] False alarm on 4960

Well, fellas, my apologies. I continued to monitor my 1 hour cassette tape between until 11:15 UTC, and the signal became stronger, and definitely not PNG. Instead, there was the occasional Spanish segment, but mostly Ecuadorian vernaculars....It was Radio Federacion Shuar in Ecuador. Guy Atkins recorded the same timeframe, and heard the sign on at 1036. So, PNG is still not on the air yet, but coming with a 1000w transmitter..........Walt.
