[HCDX] China Business Radio

China, 9775, China Business Radio, presumed, 2200 Noted music and 
Chinese comments from a woman.  Also heard broadcast on 7140 KHz and 
9820 KHz. Both 9775 and 7140 were slightly behind 9820 KHz suggesting 
that 7140 and 9775 were relays from 9820 which the WRTH says is Xi'an. 
 Incidently, haven't heard an English ID today as was heard Yesterday 
so this could be programming from the regular China National Radio, 
Second broadcast.  It's a blast finding the parallels for these Chicom
