visibility and waves. Repeated at 1036. Talk of "..at
1400 hours today w/ 6 knots" and "That is the weather
forecast...meter band, This is.. ?)..out" at s/off.
Surprisingly audible signal w/ propagation static and
fading. Pleased to log this one! (Barbour-NH)
