[HCDX] Two DRM Catches

The new wave of loggings (somebody's gotta do it :^)):

LUXEMBORG  6095.00  RTL Junglinster  2135  Digital Radio Mondiale.
Intermittent, but sustained 1/2-minute bursts heard from this 50kW station
with mostly music. Signal continued this way until completely destroyed by
Dr. Gene Scott (Caribbean Beacon) on 6090, shortly before 22UT. Audio was
fair-to-muddy, given the moderate bit rate (14.56 kbps) and no SBR
high-frequency enhancement. (Fine 02 Apr)

GERMANY  15896.00  "bit eXpress"  2255  Digital Radio Mondiale. Popular tune
with male vocalist. Digital ID using Dream software from this 100W campus
station in Erlangen. Signal was intermittent until this time when it held
high enough to hear approximately 2 minutes of sound. Audio quality was
excellent in parametric stereo, using high bit rate (27.28 kpbs) with
SBR-enhancement. Signal faded back into the dust at 2305. (Fine 02 Apr)
