[HCDX] IBB schedule?

Hi there,

for some reason, the IBB server sds.his.com is unaccessible, at least for
me, from whichever computer or OS I use. Only "connection refused" error msg.
On DXLD people wrote about the new schedule being available, so is just
"access denied" for Leipzig University, or is it everywhere?
Anyway, what I want to ask actually is if somebody could help me out with
some A04 version of langsked.txt of cur_langsked.txt from the IBB. 
See www.vor.ru for the new schedules of the Voice of Russia. Most others are
also available already, even Australia (see www.bclnews.it ). IBB missing is
peculiar!
