Hi Pat.

No, just a DXer. Not specialized in tropical stations.

Im from Sao Paulo (Brazil) tho.

Your station is the 'Radio Nacional', a countrywide network of stations 
under the 'Radiobras' (ie. Brazilian Radio) network. That includes 
'Radio Nacional da Amazonia', 'Radio Nacional do Rio de Janeiro', 'Radio 
Nacional de Brasilia', being the three more active on the network.

I know the transmission is made through the Brasat, and Id say it is 
intended to Portugal and other african portuguese speaking countries.

Here in Dublin I usually get them on 4-5 of 9, fair, specially around 
23-24 GMT.
