Nice logs! Some hints on the UNIDs, from my frequency listing on
http://www.eibi.de.vu/freq-b03.txt  :

> CHINA 7620 Unlisted on WRTH 2004, tks by m at 2311. ((Nigro-Uruguay, Feb
11)

China National Radio 5, for Taiwan. This service has been reactivated
recently after one year or so of silence on SW.

 
> CHINA 9170 not listed WRTH 2004 at 2106 w/ female melodic mx, tks by w. 
> QRK 4. (Nigro-Uruguay, Feb 13)

China National Radio 6, second program for Taiwan, also reactivated on SW.


> CHINA 9380 another unlisted in WRTH 2004, not parallel w /9170 at 2108.

China National Radio 5 again.


> RUSSIA 5925 R. Rossii?? Russ tks at 0204 , not listed WRTH 2004. 
> (Nigro-Uruguay, Feb 10)

R Rossii was off at the beginning of this season on international bands. A
humble reactivation of it has been reported in DXLD, with 5925 from Moscow
0200-0500 UTC.

Voice of Mojahed is reportedly in this region. Time??
