[HCDX] Radio Melodia, Peru

Unident, 5996.62, 1018-1030 Noted a weak signal here with a man in 
steady Spanish comments.  This is a freq where Radio Melodia, Peru 
regularly was heard before she started to move around.  At this time, 
the signal is too weak in my locality to catch details.  Incidently, 
checked 5906 KHz where Radio Melodia was last heard, and it was nil.
