[HCDX] R. Free Cascadia Int. QSL

Received today a packet from Radio Free Cascadia International which was operating September 10-14, 2003 during the WTO in Cancun. A small f/d color QSL card, form letter AND a CD entitled: 'Five Days Over Seattle: an audio document of free radio station Y2WTKO' . A very professionally produced CD which is basically just off-air audio from their FM transmitter in Seattle on 101.1 or 87.9 mHz. Nothing about their SW operation. The CD cover is actually a 22 page book with pictures in and around Seattle at the time. Handwritten on the bottom of the QSL card was: "TX was in SW OR, clandestine.....Arrrrrrrr $"
